About Centrecare
Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
The Role
Working in a small team you will be the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries and will attend to the general administration duties of the branch. We require someone to with strong administrative and organizational skills to provide a positive impact to the team and Office.
This position is to be based at our Cannington office.

  • Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings
  • Answering calls promptly and in a courteous manner
  • This is a busy and fast paced environment, so you need to be able to handle multiple queries and follow procedures for multiple different services offered
  • Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance where possible, including referring to other branches or agencies.
  • Being the only Client Services Officer on site you will liaise closely with the team at our Gosnells office.

Selection Criteria

  • Diploma in Business or Business Administration or other relevant fields.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to customers and clients as the first point of contact within an organisation to include operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to oversee the day-to-day operation of an office and associated equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to assist the manager and staff in meeting Quality Assurance requirements of the agency.
  • Ability to take high quality minutes of meetings, proof documents, develop forms and brochures and flyers and attend to advertising requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills to include data entry and typing speed of more than 50 words per minute.
  • Experience maintaining petty cash, imprest accounts and payment systems to include collecting fees, receipting, recording and banking.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • C class licence and own vehicle.
