An exciting opportunity to open a brand new centre!

An opportunity exists for a dynamic individual to join our small, tight-knit leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening a brand new 150-place service, attracting new families, building a team from the ground up, and delivering exceptional education and care.

Work is nearing completion on our state-of-the-art centre. Families are enquiring and getting excited about our grand opening. The missing piece is the Centre Director!

The leadership team are outgoing and optimistic but more importantly they put a high value on having fun.

The Role

  • You will be the face of the centre to families. You will be helpful and understanding.
  • You will drive standards of care.
  • You will deliver an engaging learning environment to the children.
  • You will be the Nominated Supervisor for the centre and will be responsible for compliance with all aspects of the EYLF.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to deliver exceptional results. You will be empowered to do your thing, and put your fingerprints all over the centre, but will also be supported when you need it.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience as a Centre Director/Service Manager highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience in the early childhood sector
  • Strong ethical values and ability to rally your team around these
  • Leadership experience essential
  • Valid working with children check
  • The ability to work in Australia
