D.Frame Electrical is a thriving electrical contracting company with two branches located in Wollongong and Nowra, servicing the Illawarra and South Coast regions.
We are growing and to meet demand and we require an Administration Coordinator to service Wollongong branch.
This is a permanent position working a 40-hour week.
Job Overview
The Administration Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring high levels of customer service, both internally and externally. This role involves managing office operations, supporting key business functions, and fostering a collaborative environment across departments. The Administration Coordinator also plays a key role in policy implementation, compliance, and supporting senior managers with administrative tasks.

- Office Operations
- Policy & Procedure Implementation
- Compliance & Auditing
- Administrative Support for Managers & Supervisors
- Documentation Management
- Customer Portal Management
- Personal Development
Skills & experience:
- Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role
- Strong Customer service Focus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in office management software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Financial and budgeting experience is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred but not required
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience working in the electrical industry
