The Role: As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining state-of-the-art security systems. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring security access solutions remain fit for purpose while providing top-tier service to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead contact for ACT Government and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure security solutions meet their evolving needs.
• Rapidly assess critical security access control situations to prevent physical security breaches.
• Create detailed documentation of assets and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency.
• Install, test, and commission a range of access control devices and security systems.

About You:

• Experience in installing, commissioning, and maintaining electronic security systems.
• Familiarity with leading security platforms such as Gallagher, Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, Ccure, and Integriti.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve security issues efficiently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A current security license and relevant industry certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
