The Role: Where Design Meets Customer Experience
This is your chance to blend your architectural knowledge with customer service, internal sales, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with Australia’s top architects and designers, ensuring they receive the best experience possible when selecting and specifying our premium products.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Showroom & Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for architects, designers, and clients, providing expert guidance in our beautifully curated showroom.
- Sales & Customer Service: Deliver world-class support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring every client feels valued and informed.
- Order & Project Coordination: Manage quotes, process orders, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stock & Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest trends in architectural hardware and provide insights that help our clients make informed choices.
- Support for the Sales Team: Assist with proposals, sourcing technical details, and ensuring architects and designers have everything they need for their projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A background in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- A passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and high-end architectural products.
- 3 + years xperience in customer service, sales, and showroom environments.
- Excited to transition into a role that blends design knowledge with customer engagement.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills—you love engaging with people and building relationships.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, ERP systems, and productivity tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Bonus points if you love dogs—we’ve got a friendly office pup!
