We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic sales assistant to join our growing team based in Adelaide.

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate Senior Technical consultant to build on your communication skills. This role supports routine sales services including customer communication, quotation services, product presentation, customer relationship management and general administration support.

More than that, the main role for this position we are looking for is to help us manage the commercial project, commercial contract with builder. Have a well understanding and knowledges on windows regulations, for further information please email us your resume, and we can further discuss.

As part of the sales team, the Showroom Consultant will assist in:

• Liaison with customers, define customers’ needs
• Provide quotation to customers
• Provide technical support to customers when there is necessary
• Customer service
• Customer satisfaction survey
• Client relationship management
• Ad hoc tasks requested by the Business Manager & leading staff

About You

It is preferable to consider candidates with relevant experience in the window and door industry or those familiar with the NCC 2022 (National Construction Code) and AS2047 – Windows and external glazed doors in buildings and AS1288 – Glass in buildings selection and installation

• You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, enjoy working with and assisting clients to meet their needs
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & CAD
• A strong attention to detail
• Ability to work at a minimal level of supervise
• Ability to organize and prioritise demands, set and meet deadlines
• Experience in the industry of construction OR doors and windows would be an advantage but not necessary
• Must have current working rights in AU (citizenship or permanent Residency)
