# Overview
We are seeking a diligent and friendly Receptionist with a background in architecture to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

# Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate conference room reservations and appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

# Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Knowledge and background in architecture or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

# Day-to-Day
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they sign in and receive visitor badges
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
