Cody Morgan Racing is a 25-horse boutique stable based in Country NSW, Tamworth that is currently looking for two dedicated individuals to fill the positions of a stablehand and a box cleaner.

Our private training facility is conveniently located just 8 minutes from Tamworth's CBD, offering you the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive environment with a kind and friendly team.

STABLE HAND

Previous horse experience is essential.

Jobs include but are not limited to:

• Feeding / watering horses.
• Saddling/ unsaddling.
• Grooming / hosing horses.
• General tidying and organisation.
• Treadmilling horses.
• Putting horses on and off walker.
• Potential to earn additional pay through race day and trial strapping.

Applicants will need to:

• Be physically fit with a strong work ethic.
• Have a good manner around horses on the ground.
• Be punctual, reliable and work well with others.
• Have own source of transportation.

HOURS:

Monday - Saturday: 4am-10:30am

Option to work every second Sunday (double time).

With the opportunity for afternoon shifts if desired from 3pm-5pm.

This position includes the potential for growth and assistance with accommodation available.

BOX CLEANER

No horse experience is required.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Mucking out / raking boxes.
• Refilling hay bags.
• Cleaning and refilling waters.
• Refilling boxes with fresh sawdust.
• Sweeping and general tidying.

Applicants will need to:

• Be physically fit with a strong work ethic.
• Take direction from others.
• Be punctual, reliable and work well with others.
• Have own source of transportation.

HOURS:

Monday - Saturday: 4am - 8am
