Key Responsibilities

• Work on interesting and complex projects
• Manage projects from initial concept through to construction completion
• Revit documentation
• Resolve design-details throughout all stages
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Utilize your expertise in education and mixed-use projects to bring innovative design solutions
• Manage the development application process, including preparing documentation and liaising with authorities
• Provide design guidance and technical support during the tender and construction stages

Skills & Experience

• Experience working on projects in education preferred
• Revit knowledge, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Sound knowledge of documentation with the ability to transform design ideas into detailed drawings - support provided
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Presentation and communication skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes
