The Role

The Aunty Grace Concierge is all about putting a smile on the face of our clients, making every experience a great one. As the key contact and customer service person for clients, the Concierge is focused on building positive relationships and solving problems with a positive attitude.

Aunty Grace has a commitment to making everything easy and seamless for our clients. Nothing is too much to ask. The Concierge embodies these values, so a client-focused, positive approach is critical to success in this role.

You will work alongside a like-minded team of customer-service people, care workers and health professionals to deliver great outcomes to our clients. Working with multiple clients and being responsive to their needs will require strong organisation or prioritisation skills, as well as problem solving skills.

You will enjoy the satisfaction that comes with working together to make a true difference in people's lives, promoting and enabling your clients' health, wellbeing and independence.

To be a Concierge with Aunty Grace, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced customer experience/customer service role
  • Outstanding skills in building and maintaining customer relationships and managing client expectations
  • Experience working within or demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards framework
  • A National Criminal History Check / Police Check showing no disclosable Court Outcomes or Convictions, and no greater than 3 years since the date of issue

Desirable:

  • Experience working in customer service, service coordination or case management in either Home Care Packages or Community Home Support Program, or other-health or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing customer feedback and complaints
