Rental Sales Agent - Casual Role -

With 15 busy locations, East Coast Car Rentals is one of Australia’s leading independent car rental companies. With a passion for excellence, our goal is to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional services and products.

Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking energetic and vibrant Rental Sales Agents to join our fantastic Sydney team.

Working alongside a super supportive team, you will:

• Look for sales & upselling opportunities with each customer
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed all sales and service standards
• Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner
• Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed
• Efficiently inspect vehicles for damage
• Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
• Some light detailing and driving may be required at times

Skills & Requirements:

• Retail or Sales experience would be beneficial, but not essential. Training will be provided
• Have a bright and positive attitude
• Be motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
• Team Spirit
