Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our utilities client based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane on a 6 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension.

The Role:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering multiple projects in the Cyber Security, Network, and Operational Technology domains. Working within the ICT Delivery team, which manages an annual portfolio investment of up to $40 million, you will play a critical role in implementing operational technologies and transforming core technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects within budget, schedule, and quality requirements, following the organisation's Project Management Framework.
• Apply project and change management disciplines to design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Identify key stakeholders, gather technical and business requirements, and define project objectives and benefits.
• Develop business cases, including strategy, budget, timeline, technology stack, and vendor selection for board presentation.
• Manage procurement and resource allocation in line with company policies.
• Ensure clear, transparent communication and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business functions and project teams to manage interdependencies and deliver optimal business benefits.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to project delivery methodologies and artefacts.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure adherence to agreed contracts and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in IT project management.
• Degree qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience delivering Cyber Security, Network, and Operational Technology projects.
• Strong technical understanding of Cyber concepts such as IT/OT Segregation and Zero Trust networks.
• Proven experience in asset-intensive industries.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• ITIL or ITSM Certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
