An integral part of our Disabilities Services team, as a Supported Living Facilitator, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.

What makes a difference for us?

  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent support to clients and co-workers
  • Being flexible (able to work varied hours and days) and reliable to meet the needs of the people we support
  • Able to effectively communicate in spoken and written English
  • Experience working in the Disability, Aged and Community sector is ideal but not essential – as long as you have positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card – don’t worry if you don’t have one, as we can help you apply prior to employment
  • Open Drivers License; and
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before you start)
