Our client is looking for a skilled Finance Business Analyst to play a key role in a system transformation project, driving efficiencies and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, expertise in Power BI, and hands-on experience in financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function’s involvement in a major system transformation project.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and execute reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity during and after the system transition.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operational teams to streamline reporting, automation, and data visualization.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiencies.
• Provide training and support to finance teams on new systems and reporting tools.

About You

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst, ideally within system transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Power BI or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with financial reconciliations and data validation
• Understanding of finance processes, reporting, and controls
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
