ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work alongside the casual staff on all day-to-day task of running the business.

You will be part of a supportive team including the club owners and staff

We will do our best daily to provide you with the tools you need to get the job done and make you love coming to work, while we make life changing impacts on our members and the community!

The position requires:

Willingness to learn, grow and accept feedback (positive & negative)

Experience in a sales role and management (fitness industry preferred)

Passion to help people improve their overall health (physically, mentally & emotionally)

Goal focused with a passion to improve & hit KPI's

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Driving the entire sales process, from outreach, to lead generation, to appointments, managing walk-ins and processing the joining up process for each new member

Leading the culture of the club (constant member engagement)

Assist will all day to day activities of running the gym

Making sure members are loving the experience we are providing while achieving their fitness goals

Performing administrative duties, maintaining accurate customer information on membership database, and using all technology and systems to its full extent

Salary of $73K - $80K + super
