@pilates 24/7 Mildura is a high-energy, community-focused studio where movement meets connection. We’re looking for a motivated, people-loving Studio Manager to lead our buzzing space and help our members thrive — both on and off the reformer.

About the Role

As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studio — creating an environment that’s welcoming, organised, and inspiring. You’ll work closely with our members and team to deliver an exceptional experience every day.

Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily studio operations and maintaining a spotless, inviting environment

Assisting and engaging with members to ensure every visit feels personal and positive

Conducting member onboardings and supporting new clients through their journey

Managing and curating our social media presence to reflect our vibrant community

Following up on leads and helping grow the @pilates 24/7 Mildura membership base

Build connections with members and businesses throughout Sunraysia.

About You

You’re energetic, organised, and great with people. You enjoy helping others feel their best and bring a positive, professional attitude to every task especially when welcoming members & creating content. You pay attention to detail, stay on top of things, and help keep the workplace running smoothly.

A background or qualification in Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates is desired but not essential

Strong experience in social media management and digital content creation is essential

You’re approachable, upbeat, and confident in both face-to-face and online communication

You’re self-motivated, professional, and passionate about health, wellness, and community
