About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Family Consultants to join our sales teams at our Rookwood General Cemetery. As a key point of contact for families, you will provide expert guidance and support in navigating our range of burial and memorialisation services.

As a Family Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with families to understand their needs and preferences
• Deliver exceptional customer service, presenting our products and services in a positive manner
• Identify and act on sales opportunities, preparing contracts and maintaining accurate records
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor awareness to inform sales planning
• Provide administrative support, including quotations, invoicing, and receipting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service and sales would be an advantage
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with ability to build trust and rapport
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
• Current Driver's License and excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Flexibility and initiative in dealing with unexpected situations and priorities
