They are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Residential Sales Consultant to join their team. Whether you have real estate experience, come from a strong sales background in another industry or fast paced hospitality, if you're client-focused, self-driven and ready to thrive, this could be your ideal next step.

What you’ll need:
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (real estate or another fast-paced industry)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solution-driven through taking initiative to bring resolution quickly and creatively
• A current real estate licence or shall be required to obtain one
• A growth mindset and team-first attitude

What you’ll do:
• Build strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to help clients achieve results
• Acquire and manage properties for sale
• Negotiate and provide guidance to clients
• Work towards clear, realistic KPIs with support
• Focus on sales – assistance from Sales Client Relations Officer handling admin
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property, brand and yourself
