About the Role
As the Senior Project and Executive Support Officer, you will provide executive, operational and project support to senior leaders within the Office of General Counsel. You will drive projects independently and provide high-level executive and administrative support, prepare reports and documents, and contribute to strategic initiatives across the Group. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient systems, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely delivery of legal and administrative outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across legal, policy, and operational functions and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We're Looking For
- Executive and Legal Support Services: You will have experience providing a range of legal, project management and high-level executive support services.
- Project Management: You will have experience with strategic project management. You will contribute to the planning, resource coordination, monitoring and evaluating project outcomes.
- Process Improvement and Results Orientated: You will collaborate with teams to research, analyse and present data to support process improvements and decision making. You will have experience identifying emerging issues, recommending process enhancements and supporting continuous improvement and results.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. You will enjoy facilitating stakeholder consultations, working groups, and cross-team collaboration.
