Registered Nurse – Full-Time (General Practice)

📍 Spring Farm Medical Centre | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm | Optional weekends | Flexible hours available

We’re on the lookout for a warm, capable, and reliable Registered Nurse to join our friendly general practice team. If you’re passionate about preventative care, patient education, and working in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role, and we’re happy to offer some flexibility with hours if needed. Ideal for someone looking to balance work and life while making a meaningful impact in the community.

About the Role

As our practice nurse, you’ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Your day-to-day will include:

Triage and clinical assessment using evidence-based guidelines

Health promotion and preventative care

Wound care, immunisations (child and adult), ECGs, spirometry

Assisting GPs with minor procedures

Chronic disease management (GPMPs, TCAs, Cycle of Care)

Patient education and support

Managing recall and reminder systems

Working closely with the broader clinical and admin team

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

A genuine interest in primary health care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current Working With Children Check

Desirable:

Experience in general practice (not essential – we’ll support your transition)

Completion of an authorised immunisation course
