About the Role
As a Casual Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our branch operations. You’ll work closely with our schedulers, technicians, and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate data entry into internal systems
Assisting with technician scheduling and job coordination
Filing, scanning, and document management
Responding to internal queries and supporting admin processes
General office duties to support the team
You’ll be working 2 days per week, with flexible hours that can be tailored to suit your availability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment but values work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable using computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, dynamics365 etc.)
A clear communicator with good organisational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential – we’ll provide training
