Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception duties, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries
• Assist with coordinating services and products for customers
• Follow up on documentation and details with stakeholders and families
• Address general inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and resilience
• Liaise with families regarding memorial arrangements, product offerings, and service options
• Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong organisational skills
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support for families
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer systems

About You:

• 3+ years' experience in reception and administration support roles
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the cemetery sector advantageous
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
