RECEPTIONIST - !!!Immediate Start!!!

Ace Truck Bodies is looking for an experienced and exceptional Receptionist on a Full Time/ Casual basis to join our team at, reporting to the General Manager.

Role and Responsibility

Greet visitors and clients of the business

Handling and directing all inbound calls.

Front desk reception duties

Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send

Checking office stock and maintaining office printers, shredders, etc.

Processing simple client requests as required

Booking couriers, building maintenance, coordinating deliveries

Maintaining office cleanliness, reception, and communal office areas; vacuuming, Dishwasher, and other cleaning areas

Maintain Client and Employee files

Review and input bills bill/invoice/statement. Maintain up to date billing system

Processing EFT payments when needed

Review pending orders and follow up with outstanding purchases

Producing weekly/monthly reports

Essential Skills and Qualifications

QuickBooks experience, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting

Experience using Microsoft.

Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude

Impeccable self-presentation

Exceptional time management

Ability to work by yourself

Desirable

Experience managing diaries.

Bookkeeping knowledge
