The Role
We are currently seeking a Funding Contracts Co-ordinator. This role is responsible for co-ordinating, reporting and monitoring of HIA Learning Funding Contracts, this role is a full time permanent opportunity located in any of our Australian offices.
The Role
The role has operational implementation responsibilities for all state-based training contracts including:
Co-ordinating the development of funding applications for state based regional learning funding contracts in consultation with HIA Learning’s Management team
Co-ordinating and assisting with the lodging of state and national funding applications on time and in the required format, including funding renewals and variations
Monitoring of progress of contract usage
Co-ordination activities as set out in funding contracts to ensure the operational implementation of regional funding contracts
Report on regional funding contract performance
Support the RTO administration team and trouble shoot identified issues as they arise
The Successful Person will have
Understanding of RTO compliance is desirable.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the application/management of funding highly desirable.
High level of interpersonal skills and well-developed communication style
Ability to work across multiple teams.
