Your new company

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Representative to join a global building materials manufacturer due to business growth. In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.

Your new job

• Process sales orders, returns, and credits via SAP
• Provide quotes to customers and assist with stock availability
• Manage end to end service contract sales
• Support internal technicians to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Coordinate logistics requirements for timely delivery of sales orders
• Provide aministration support to customers and the service team

Your experience

• Proven experience in an office based sales coordinator, customer service, or logisitics role
• Must have SAP and Salesforce experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
