Our client, a highly respected Top 25 mid-tier accounting firm based in Sydney, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Accountant to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Assisting with tax planning and compliance
• Supporting senior accountants and managers with client advisory work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working with cloud-based accounting platforms

About you:

• 2-4 years' experience in public practice accounting
• Degree qualified in Accounting (CA/CPA studies underway or planned)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar software is highly regarded
