We’re on the lookout for a friendly, highly organised, and proactive Sales Administration / Front Office Manager. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that combines front desk responsibilities and sales administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence, and relay accurate messages

Deliver high-level administrative support to the Sales team

Assist with contract administration and compliance checks

Maintain and update client records in CRM systems

Data entry and general office administration

About You:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Professional, positive attitude with a proactive mindset

Previous experience in administration or real estate is highly regarded but not required

Hard working and confident with an enthusiastic attitude

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
