genU training & Activ Pathways, are on the lookout for a Administration Officer to support the smooth, compliant delivery of accredited training across WA and beyond.
You'll play an important behind-the-scenes role ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and systems all run like clockwork - helping our training programs make a real difference in people's lives.

What you'll do
As an Administration Officer in our team you'll:
- Enter and review accredited course data, ensuring accuracy of student records, completions, and certification documentation
- Manage enrolment-related processes, including quality assurance checks, trainer-to-delivery mapping, withdrawals, and invoicing
- Be the go-to support - assist trainers, coordinators, and managers with systems, documentation, and audit prep.
- Champion quality and improvement - help streamline processes and share ideas to make things even better.
What you'll bring
- Experience with VET or RTO administrative systems is essential for this one.
- A digitally savvy skillset, with excellent computer skills and the ability to work confidently across multiple platforms, databases, and systems
- Skilled in administration and high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Great organisation, able to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A solution-focus, proactive, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
