The position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator to join our team as a Trainer & Assessor. In this role, you will train and assess students pursuing Early Childhood Education qualifications (Certificate III and Diploma) in their workplaces, and provide support to other trainers, in South Australia.
Salary details
$64,980+ depending on years training experience, and
incentive scheme, and
fully maintained company car.
Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners in their workplace.
Build strong relationships with students, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Promote ACCCO services to grow our presence in the region.
Utilise provided mobile phone, laptop, and company car for work-related activities.
Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Children's Services
Minimum 5 years' experience in the early childhood education and care sector
Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
Open driver's license (travel is a requirement)
Working with Children Check
Excellent customer service skills
Note: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable but not required; we will support you in obtaining this qualification.
