YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILTIES

You’ll play a vital role in supporting project delivery and commercial outcomes, including:

• Supporting the Project Manager in assessing and managing contract risks
• Preparing, reviewing, and administering subcontracts and supplier agreements
• Implementing contract administration systems and plans
• Managing procurement schedules and monitoring subcontractor performance
• Reviewing variations, claims, and liquidated damages
• Providing commercial and contractual advice to the project team
• Interpreting contract terms and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with design, quality, and program requirements
• Using key industry software such as Procore and Hammertech

ARE YOU A FIT?

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• Proven experience working for commercial building contractors in Australia on commercial construction projects (essential)
• Proficiency with common construction software (Procore, Hammertech, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
