About the Opportunity

We have three exciting opportunities for a passionate electrical tradesperson to join our team at Murrumbidgee Local Health District, where your expertise will keep our Health Care facility running smoothly and safely for everyone who depends on it.

• 2 x Full time permanent position at the brand new Griffith Base Hospital
• 1 x Full time permanent position at Deniliquin Hospital
  

As the Electrical Tradesperson you will be responsible for:

• Performing general maintenance, repairs and installations across the hospital
• Ensuring all electrical systems are safe and up to code
• Working alongside a great team of maintenance professionals to solve any issues quickly
• Adhering to hospital safety standards, prioritising staff and patient safety at all times
• Being on call now and then – but don’t worry, you’ll earn extra allowances for your time!

About You

Our ideal candidate will:

• Hold a NSW Trade Licence Electrical (or equivalent) &/or current Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Electrical)
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out repairs and preventative maintenance
• Adopt a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and efficient environment
• Be a team player who can also work independently when needed
