Key Expectations, Skills, and Experience: As a successful applicant, you should:

Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Early Education and Care

Be available for full 7.5-hour shifts between the operational hours, 4-5 days per week. Exceptions apply*

Possess a current Paid Blue Card

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF

Have experience in child-led play aligned with a play-based pedagogy

Be a dedicated team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills

Bring fun, laughter, and joy to your team and children's day
