💬 The Role
We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Adelaide.
You’ll be working in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and community settings, supporting people with intellectual, physical, or psychosocial disabilities to build skills, confidence, and connection.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful support with daily living, meal preparation, and personal care
Assist participants to attend appointments and access community activities
Encourage social engagement and build meaningful routines
Support participants with compassion, patience, and professionalism
🎯 What You’ll Bring
A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (minimum)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or DCSI Disability Screening
Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Assistance training
Valid SA Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
Experience supporting people with complex physical or psychosocial needs
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and a genuine passion for client wellbeing
🌈 Desirable Skills
Enrolled or Registered Nurse qualifications
Manual Handling or MAPA training
Experience with Autism, Dementia, or Diabetes support
Background in Aged Care or Mental Health
