If time permits, seek out and reach out to potential new customers to grow our customer base.
Occasionally assist the warehouse by packing customer orders.
This is an in-office role (no remote work), and applicants must reside in the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.
Skills and experience required:
At least one year of experience in customer service, office administration, or sales administration, or a qualification in business administration. (Ideal for someone with admin, retail, or hospitality experience.)

Excellent and confident communication skills, with clear spoken English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A problem-solving mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage but not essential.
What we offer:
A full-time position.
Flexibility to accommodate personal schedules or schooling needs.
A supportive and collaborative team environment.
Start date: ASAP.
$60K plus super, depending on skills and experience.
