As a New Farm Deli & Cafe Barista you will deliver an exceptional specialty coffee experience.

You will need proven passion and experience and the ability to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

Responsible for ensuring the quality and service of coffee is to the highest standard.

Most of all we are looking for someone who's passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.

· Outstanding barista craftsmanship and customer engagement.

· Quality and Service of coffee.

· Personalised and outstanding service to all guests.

· Maintaining equipment cleanliness and operation.

· Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

· Set, clear and reset designated working areas

About you

· A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality.

· 2+ years' experience working with coffee.

· High-volume cafe experience required.

· A customer-focused approach.

· Impeccable attention to detail.

· Passion for showcasing the very best of coffee experience.

· Exceptional barista skills

· A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude.

· The desire to engage with customers about coffee, menu and brand.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Knowledge of coffee and café equipment.

· Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Excellent time management skills.

· Strong communication skills.

· Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

· Exceptional personal presentation.

· Takes the initiative.

· Self-motivated.

· Candidates with Australian Residency will be our priority - however, will consider Visa holders
