About Us:
Let's Talk, Let's Eat is an established and growing paediatric practice with two clinics servicing the Redlands and North Brisbane communities. Our teams provide support and treatment to Private and NDIS funded clients with a range of speech, language and feeding difficulties. We have a well established referral network spanning schools, occupational therapy services and GPs, and our services include an engaging and rewarding mix of clinic-based, home and school visits (minimal). Let's Talk, Let's Eat is a team of experienced and evidence-based clinicians, providing the highest possible services to clients.
About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for one Speech Pathologist to become part of our friendly, dynamic and experienced team in a full-time capacity at our Aspley office. For the right applicant, part-time hours can be negotiated. Start date for this position is negotiable. Early career applicants are welcome to apply.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Assessing and treating children 0-18 years who have speech, language, fluency and literacy difficulties
A chance to learn and grow skills in the area of paediatric feeding disorder (optional)
Working with the framework of a family and client centred practice, in our clinic, at family homes or in the community (negotiable)
Independently managing your caseload, including documentation and file management
Supporting and inspiring your clients and colleagues.

About You:
You are an innovative, creative and engaging individual with a desire to contribute to our clients and their families, as well as the culture and resources of our growing practice.
You also possess:
A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
Current Blue Card for Working with Children
Speech Pathology Australia membership (Certified Practising status)
C class Driver's license and own vehicle
Experience and/or strong interest in Paediatric speech and language, Neurodiverse Practice, ASD, and Pediatric feeding (optional)
Proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills
