About the Company

They’re looking for a hands-on Interim Senior Accountant / Finance Manager who enjoys jumping in, sorting things out, and helping a business set themselves up for the next period of growth. If you like variety, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing real progress, you’ll love this one.

The Role
Reporting to a commercially minded GM Finance, you’ll play a key role in supporting a 12+ entity structure and bringing order to the day-to-day finance function. You’ll have plenty of variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real difference.
You’ll be across things like:

• Overseeing AP, payroll, and two Accountants
• Month-end, compliance, and Board reporting
• Consolidated reporting and financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Streamlining processes and strengthening controls
• Partnering with operations to improve how things get done

About You
You’re a CA or CPA qualified accountant who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You'll be joining a team where even the GM of Finance will post journals on the regular! You’ve worked in audit, business services, or a commercial environment and know your way around multi-entity operations — ideally in mining services, resources, or similar industries.
You’re the kind of person who enjoys fixing things, improving systems, and seeing the tangible impact of your work. You’ll bring:

• Strong Excel skills (Pronto experience a big plus)
• A practical, down-to-earth approach
• Great communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Availability to start soon and hit the ground running
