A well-established and respected accounting firm in North Sydney is seeking an Intermediate/Senior to join its growing business services team. Known for its supportive culture and strong client relationships, the firm offers genuine development opportunities within a stable and professional environment.

In this role, you’ll build on your compliance experience while working across a broad mix of clients, including SMEs, trusts, and family groups. You'll develop your technical capability while gaining exposure to real client work in a supportive environment—working closely with experienced seniors and managers who are committed to your growth.

The Role:

Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS/IAS, and FBT returns

Assist with management reporting, cash flow forecasts, and tax planning

Work across multiple entities including SMEs, family groups, and trusts

Support client engagement and develop advisory exposure

Collaborate with a knowledgeable and friendly team

About You:

Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 2-3+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm

Progressing toward CA or CPA qualification, or already qualified

Strong written and verbal communication skills
