Your duties as an Aged Care Worker include, but are not limited to:

• Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (showering, dressing, mobility, meals).
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and care teams to ensure high-quality care and compliance with care plans.
• Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.

Eligibility:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) with 6+ months paid experience
  OR current Bachelor of Nursing student with 4-week aged care placement completed
• Valid National Police Check
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
• Full Australian working rights
• Adaptability and flexibility to work across a range of shifts and locations
