About the Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll partner with allocated business groups to deliver trusted HR advice and deliver people strategies across performance, remuneration, talent management, and engagement. The role requires balancing hands-on HR delivery with strategic input into broader people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive HR support to senior stakeholders.

Lead cyclical activities including performance reviews, remuneration, and workforce planning.

Collaborate on employee experience, culture, and wellbeing initiatives.

Use data and reporting to inform people decisions and identify trends.

Participate in P&C projects that enhance capability and retention.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years’ HR generalist or business partnering experience.

Exposure to corporate services or a similar

Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.

Strong knowledge of employment relations and HR best practice.

Degree-qualified in Human Resources or related discipline.
