OOSH Supervisor – Salt Ash Service

Are you passionate about creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments for children? Care Activities Inc. is seeking a dedicated OOSH Supervisor to lead our Salt Ash service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven organisation committed to delivering high-quality Out of School Hours (OOSH) and Vacation Care (VC) services across Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens.

As Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salt Ash site, ensuring compliance with National Law and Regulations, and delivering programs that support the wellbeing and development of primary school-aged children.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team of educators to deliver safe and enriching OOSH and VC programs.

Plan and evaluate engaging activities tailored to children’s interests and needs.

Manage enrolments, CCS requirements, and site administration using Kidsoft and Deputy HR.

Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and the local community.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Children’s Services or Certificate IV in Out of School Hours Care.

Experience working with children aged 5–12 and supervising staff.

Strong understanding of National Law and Regulations for OOSH services.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain).
