We are seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Officer to join our Human Resources team, commencing in February 2026 on an 18-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency.

As a Graduate Officer, you will embark on a dynamic full-time placement designed to harness your skills through project-based work aligned with your field of study. You will also have the unique opportunity to participate in the prestigious Public Sector Launch Program, alongside other targeted learning and development initiatives.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will engage in a broad range of projects and initiatives, benefiting from structured learning and development opportunities designed to build your capability and confidence. Your work may include:
Conducting research and analysis to inform evidence-based policy and decision-making
Drafting high-quality correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
Supporting the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems
Collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes
We are seeking graduates who hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline completed in 2023, 2024 or by December 2025.
