About the role
BluePrint Medical PTY LTD is seeking proactive and detail-orientated Compliance & Business Support to join our growing team, supporting in medical recruitment. In this full-time role based in Sydney NSW 2000 plays a key part in ensuring the company's compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, whilst delivering the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.
In addition to compliance responsibilities, this position provides vital day-to-day office and administrative support, helping to maintain a professional, organised and welcoming environment for our team and clients.
What you'll be doing
Compliance & Administration:
Assist with verifying and maintaining Doctors Compliance Records – ensuring all company and regulatory requirements are met
Regularly and consistently conducting reviews of Doctors Compliance Records
Assisting with the collection and coordination of Compliance paperwork
Assisting in the preparing and collation of Compliance data
Support in ensuring internal policies and procedures are followed across all business operations
Providing administrative support for compliance-related projects and initiatives
Collaborating with the compliance and legal teams to address any compliance related concerns
Office Support:
Manage general office upkeep and organisation, maintaining a tidy and well-presented workspace.
Oversee ordering of office supplies, groceries, and other essentials.
Set up new starter desks and assist with onboarding logistics.
Maintain kitchen, meeting rooms, and shared spaces to a high standard.
Provide general administrative and business support to the broader team — ensuring things run smoothly day-to-day
What we're looking for
Previous experience in administration, compliance, or office coordination (recruitment or healthcare industry experience a bonus).
Minimum 1-2 years of administration or compliance experience is required.
Awareness of compliance regulations and best practices
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed, whilst being able to work independently
Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and systems
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
