About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental illness. You’ll deliver psychological and psychosocial interventions, conduct assessments, and work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment and recovery plans.
Provide psychological and psychosocial interventions to individuals and groups.
Manage a caseload of clients and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote best-practice service delivery.
Support referrals and facilitate care coordination across services.
Contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and respect for all clients and staff.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing.
Professional registration with AHPRA or eligibility for AASW membership.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and case management skills.
Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
You’ll also demonstrate:
Confidence in clinical decision-making and managing complex presentations.

The ability to provide high-quality interventions within a multidisciplinary framework.
