Centre Manager role (rural location)

Our 150-place centre is spread across two beautiful buildings, featuring:

• 9 spacious rooms and 6 outdoor play spaces
• A brand-new kitchen, programming space, and staff retreat

Your Role
As Centre Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the service while inspiring, developing, and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care and education.

You’ll:

• Lead, coach, and mentor your team to success
• Drive performance, occupancy, budgets, and compliance
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
• Build trusted relationships with families and the broader community
• Champion high-quality programs that foster learning and growth

About You
You’re an experienced and inspiring leader in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector who thrives in a collaborative, values-led environment.

-Previous Centre Manager or Centre Director experience
-Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
-Diploma or Bachelor qualification (ACECQA approved)
-Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
-Passionate about quality, community, and continuous improvement
