Your new role
You will be responsible for a busy recruitment campaign involving advertising and screening candidates, multiple interviews, undertaking reference checks, facilitating employment offers and preparing relevant documentation for new hires to support Carpentaria’s mission to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
The ideal candidate
- Experience in a recruitment related role with broad knowledge of recruitment processes
- High level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level customer service skills and ready to start now
- Ideally you will also have worked in the disability, health and community services sector.
