CGH is looking for a full time Business Systems Support officer. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their skills, learn new systems, and develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business systems, while helping to drive future improvements and projects across the CGH Group.

In this role, you'll get to know the ins and outs of the business, support teams with their day-to-day systems needs, and gradually build your expertise to take on more project-based work - including system improvements, new technology implementations, and reporting to drive business performance.

We are seeking someone who is motivated to learn and develop their skills, with the ambition to become a trusted advisor within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first-line support for business systems and applications

· Help solve technical problems and support users across the CGH Group

· Work closely with the IT services team on system improvements and new technology rollouts

· Assist with data and reporting to support operational performance

· Develop skills in business analysis, process mapping, and project delivery

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a problem-solver who enjoys helping people, learning new systems, and working in a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience:

· 2+ years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Helpdesk, IT Support, or similar role

· Relevant qualifications in Business, IT, HR or a related field highly desirable

· Proactive, solution-oriented, and an analytical mindset

· Is curious, adaptable, and eager to develop their skills

· Communicates well and enjoys building relationships with different teams

· Recruitment industry experience is a bonus - but not required
