About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our clients team and lead their financial and management accounting functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of the organisation, managing investments, and providing critical insights to support executive decision-making. This role will be required for a 12 month maternity leave contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation of monthly management reports for the Executive and Board. Analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Business Planning & Forecasting: Oversee company-wide budget processes, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Treasury & Investment Management: Manage investment portfolios and monitor liquidity, ensuring compliance with the Investment Policy.
• Statutory Accounting & Regulatory Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial transactions, reconciliations, and external audits.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, processes, and corporate governance.

About You:

• Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified, with a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and investment management. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
