An exciting position has been made available at this reputable, award winning pasta factory based in Sydney's Inner West.

Hours: Monday to Friday 5am - 3pm hours may vary

Responsibilities include

Preparation of ingredients and equipment for arancini making

Preparation and cooking sauces for arancini making

Preparation of arancini

Cooking of arancini

Cleaning work surfaces and equipment after production

The successful applicant will have the following minimum requirements

Speak, read & write clear english

Be an Australian Resident/Citizen (NO WORKING OR TOURIST VISA APPLICANTS)

Have a passion for food

Some food handling experience is preferred

Be flexible in working hours

Able to multi-task when required

Able to work with minimal supervision

Have a positive can do approach to tasks and challenges

Experience as a baker or butcher would be an advantage

Some lifting required

Arancini making training will be provided. Training will take place during the day.
