We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house team and take ownership of our paid search and paid social lead generation strategy. This role is critical to driving growth by acquiring high-quality leads and optimising campaign performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Own the lead generation funnel from creative concept through conversion optimisation, ensuring consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales and teams.

Plan, execute, and optimise budgets to achieve target CPL (cost per lead) and ROI goals.

Take full ownership of marketing execution, managing external designers, copywriters, and other specialists to produce effective campaigns and conversion-focused landing pages.

Continuously test and iterate ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise performance.

Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager) to uncover insights and inform future strategy.

Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge in paid media.

Identify new growth opportunities in emerging channels or audience segments.

About You

5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns focused on lead generation (preferably in B2C financial services, fintech, or investment-related industries).

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation and ROI targets.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and experience managing campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting, and A/B testing.

Ability to manage budgets effectively and communicate performance insights clearly.

Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

Experience in financial services, investing, or crowdfunding.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.

Experience building or managing landing pages using tools like HubSpot or Wordpress
